Friendly folks in the office, and very accommodating with my husband's miscalculations of our yard (we had to have not one, not two, but three batches of sod). Their staff were friendly (although we struggled with communication because of a language barrier) and seemed to do good work. Yard prep was pretty good. Overall, a good company and a fair price for the product.

We recently used Korby Sod for an over 2000 square foot section in our yard. A good friend had recommended them after using them for a huge project he had done. Our experience was wonderful! Not only were their prices significantly cheaper than some of the other companies I researched, but their staff and customer service was beyond expected. We had an issue with our second delivery and Korby worked very closely with us on this order and made it right the very next day, all the time being very gracious and accommodating with us. Very easy, the sod is great, they loaded up the pallets for us quickly. Even loaded it straight on our truck freshly cut. Looks gorgeous!
