Landscaping Services 80019
For your landscaping, soil prep is very important in the success of the sod and establishing a lawn. Soil preparation can only be done once before laying your sod. Clear all weeds and debris from area. We recommend a minimum depth of quality top soil to be 2-4 inches prior to installation of sod. Level and grade entire sod area. Soil should be graded to about one inch below concrete. Water soil to allow proper settling of ground and any trenches made prior to sod installation. Lightly rake soil before turf installation to allow proper contact between sod and soil. Make sure soil preparation is complete before your sod delivery arrives. Soil prep advice for 80019

I recently ordered 2200 square feet of the Earth Friendly bluegrass from Korby Sod. I was impressed by how fast they did the job after arriving to my house. I recieved several compliments from my neighbors on how nice my lawn looks. I'm giving them 2 instead of 3 because sometimes it is hard to schedule a time with them. I had to wait 4 days before getting scheduled.

We called Korby Sod on Monday July 7th to order our sod. We needed it delivered on Thursday the 10th. They told us that they would be able to accommodate that and that it would be delivered in the morning. They were right on time and helped my husband unload all the sod off the pallets. All in all I was impressed with the company all around and our grass looks fantastic!

Friendly folks in the office, and very accommodating with my husband's miscalculations of our yard (we had to have not one, not two, but three batches of sod). Their staff were friendly (although we struggled with communication because of a language barrier) and seemed to do good work. Yard prep was pretty good. Overall, a good company and a fair price for the product.
