For your landscaping, soil prep is very important in the success of the sod and establishing a lawn. Soil preparation can only be done once before laying your sod. Clear all weeds and debris from area. We recommend a minimum depth of quality top soil to be 2-4 inches prior to installation of sod. Level and grade entire sod area. Soil should be graded to about one inch below concrete. Water soil to allow proper settling of ground and any trenches made prior to sod installation. Lightly rake soil before turf installation to allow proper contact between sod and soil. Make sure soil preparation is complete before your sod delivery arrives. Soil prep advice for 80038

We called Korby Sod on Monday July 7th to order our sod. We needed it delivered on Thursday the 10th. They told us that they would be able to accommodate that and that it would be delivered in the morning. They were right on time and helped my husband unload all the sod off the pallets. All in all I was impressed with the company all around and our grass looks fantastic!

Had a good experience, very helpful. The sod showed up was in great shape except for a few pieces which had crab grass tuffs in it. Went setting up the appointment they told me their fork lift could fit through a standard gate, but that was not the case. Overall though I'm very happy with the quality of the sod.
