For your landscaping, soil prep is very important in the success of the sod and establishing a lawn. Soil preparation can only be done once before laying your sod. Clear all weeds and debris from area. We recommend a minimum depth of quality top soil to be 2-4 inches prior to installation of sod. Level and grade entire sod area. Soil should be graded to about one inch below concrete. Water soil to allow proper settling of ground and any trenches made prior to sod installation. Lightly rake soil before turf installation to allow proper contact between sod and soil. Make sure soil preparation is complete before your sod delivery arrives. Soil prep advice for 80204

We recently used Korby Sod for an over 2000 square foot section in our yard. A good friend had recommended them after using them for a huge project he had done. Our experience was wonderful! Not only were their prices significantly cheaper than some of the other companies I researched, but their staff and customer service was beyond expected. We had an issue with our second delivery and Korby worked very closely with us on this order and made it right the very next day, all the time being very gracious and accommodating with us. I would highly recommend Korby because of all of this, and just as importantly, the grass is beautiful. It arrived in great condition, and has grown so much after a couple of weeks that we think we already have to mow it! We called Korby Sod on Monday July 7th to order our sod. We needed it delivered on Thursday the 10th. They told us that they would be able to accommodate that and that it would be delivered in the morning. They were right on time and helped my husband unload all the sod off the pallets. All in all I was impressed with the company all around and our grass looks fantastic!
