For your landscaping, soil prep is very important in the success of the sod and establishing a lawn. Soil preparation can only be done once before laying your sod. Clear all weeds and debris from area. We recommend a minimum depth of quality top soil to be 2-4 inches prior to installation of sod. Level and grade entire sod area. Soil should be graded to about one inch below concrete. Water soil to allow proper settling of ground and any trenches made prior to sod installation. Lightly rake soil before turf installation to allow proper contact between sod and soil. Make sure soil preparation is complete before your sod delivery arrives. Soil prep advice for 80829

I recently installed my own back yard and didnt know anything about planting sod. Kyle was not only helpful in picking out a sod that would best fit the use but they were very helpful and accomodating when picking it up. I ordered the Kentucky Blue Grass and it is beautiful. Also, my neighbor who is a landscaper even commented on the quality of grass and how great it looks! I am very pleased with my experience!

Hi, My husband's experience with Korby Sod was fantastic. When I first called, everything was explained to me very well. Korby accepted credit cards, which is always a plus, since we don't like to carry cash. My husband said the employees were great to work with. I am from Wyoming and in my area good fresh sod is hard to find and if not timley & expensive to get. So on one of my trips to Colorado I gave Korby Sod a call and with short notice they had new freshly cut sod ready for me to pick up. They even stayed after hours to get me loaded!! We were so pleased with the price and quality a friend had me pick up a second load for them! I even had a small clerical error on my invoice for payment.
