I was impressed with the customer service at Korby from the get-go. They were very helpful and informative and made sure to explain all the differences between their various blends of grass. We ended up going with the Athletic Blend of bluegrass to finish our back yard. They are very straightforward with their pricing and can let you know right over the phone exactly what you'll be paying for the sod, what delivery will be (delivery costs were very reasonable), and when the sod will be delivered. The sod was fresh-cut the morning of delivery which made a huge difference in how well it's been doing. We had almost no dry edges on the sod even after a couple weeks, and it took root very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to get sod from Korby Sod again - they were super easy to work with, and the sod has been great. We love how our back yard looks! Thank you!

Had a good experience, very helpful. The sod showed up was in great shape except for a few pieces which had crab grass tuffs in it. Went setting up the appointment they told me their fork lift could fit through a standard gate, but that was not the case. Overall though I'm very happy with the quality of the sod.

I recently installed my own back yard and didnt know anything about planting sod. Kyle was not only helpful in picking out a sod that would best fit the use but they were very helpful and accomodating when picking it up. I ordered the Kentucky Blue Grass and it is beautiful. Also, my neighbor who is a landscaper even commented on the quality of grass and how great it looks! I am very pleased with my experience!

I have had sod installed in Northern Colorado and in the past, I was pleased with the work and the outcome. However, after having sod installed in my residence in Fort Collins by Korby Sod, I have to say that the result far exceeded my expectations. First, the quality of the sod was superb. The crew arrived in a timely fashion and took ample time to prepare the area, removing weeds, adding mulch, leveling the land, etc. The prep work was far better than what I have seen from other installers. Next, the sod was laid according to the plan that I described, except that, the expert sod layers made the finished product look better than I had drawn. I cannot express how pleased my family and friends are with the result! It looks like Disneyland. Now, we need to add mulch and other landscaping features around the grassy areas to create a finished look. We will have to up our game to match the quality that Korby Sod's crew provided. Finally, I want to say that it was a pleasure working with the front office. Kyle was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to the job, and Kyle and his colleagues followed up with me after the job to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am from Wyoming and in my area good fresh sod is hard to find and if not timley & expensive to get. So on one of my trips to Colorado I gave Korby Sod a call and with short notice they had new freshly cut sod ready for me to pick up. They even stayed after hours to get me loaded!! We were so pleased with the price and quality a friend had me pick up a second load for them! I even had a small clerical error on my invoice for payment. Great experience. They quoted me the best price of the several places I called. I ordered over the phone - dealt with 2 different employees; both were professional and friendly. Sod showed up on time two mornings later looking fresh and quality. A month later, it is still looking great. We are first time homeowners and will definitely use Korby Sod again when we move up to our next home. Quality local business. It was an easy and to-the-point transaction.

Overall would recommend this company. Was very pleased that I was able to call on Friday and was able to pick it up on Saturday morning for a large order. The price was also much better than a lot of the surrounding farms. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star review is a couple of the sod rolls were not in the best shape and there seemed to be some rolls that have pasture grass instead of the blue grass. The guy who loaded our truck couldn't speak English, so it made it hard to communicate. Was pleased in the end and am enjoying our nice, beautiful back yard!
