For your landscaping, soil prep is very important in the success of the sod and establishing a lawn. Soil preparation can only be done once before laying your sod. Clear all weeds and debris from area. We recommend a minimum depth of quality top soil to be 2-4 inches prior to installation of sod. Level and grade entire sod area. Soil should be graded to about one inch below concrete. Water soil to allow proper settling of ground and any trenches made prior to sod installation. Lightly rake soil before turf installation to allow proper contact between sod and soil. Make sure soil preparation is complete before your sod delivery arrives. Soil prep advice for 80932

Overall would recommend this company. Was very pleased that I was able to call on Friday and was able to pick it up on Saturday morning for a large order. The price was also much better than a lot of the surrounding farms. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star review is a couple of the sod rolls were not in the best shape and there seemed to be some rolls that have pasture grass instead of the blue grass. The guy who loaded our truck couldn't speak English, so it made it hard to communicate. Was pleased in the end and am enjoying our nice, beautiful back yard!

We ordered Korby Vortex sod after discussing the sod options with Kyle. He was very informative and helped us make a great selection.
