For your landscaping, soil prep is very important in the success of the sod and establishing a lawn. Soil preparation can only be done once before laying your sod. Clear all weeds and debris from area. We recommend a minimum depth of quality top soil to be 2-4 inches prior to installation of sod. Level and grade entire sod area. Soil should be graded to about one inch below concrete. Water soil to allow proper settling of ground and any trenches made prior to sod installation. Lightly rake soil before turf installation to allow proper contact between sod and soil. Make sure soil preparation is complete before your sod delivery arrives. Soil prep advice for 80516

Friendly folks in the office, and very accommodating with my husband's miscalculations of our yard (we had to have not one, not two, but three batches of sod). Their staff were friendly (although we struggled with communication because of a language barrier) and seemed to do good work. Yard prep was pretty good. Overall, a good company and a fair price for the product.

I recently installed my own back yard and didnt know anything about planting sod. Kyle was not only helpful in picking out a sod that would best fit the use but they were very helpful and accomodating when picking it up. I ordered the Kentucky Blue Grass and it is beautiful. Also, my neighbor who is a landscaper even commented on the quality of grass and how great it looks! I am very pleased with my experience!

Overall would recommend this company. Was very pleased that I was able to call on Friday and was able to pick it up on Saturday morning for a large order. The price was also much better than a lot of the surrounding farms. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star review is a couple of the sod rolls were not in the best shape and there seemed to be some rolls that have pasture grass instead of the blue grass. The guy who loaded our truck couldn't speak English, so it made it hard to communicate. Was pleased in the end and am enjoying our nice, beautiful back yard!
